Midland Chandlers have certain responsibilities under the waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) regulations. We must provide a way for you to dispose of your old electrical and electronic equipment when we sell you a new version of the same item, these regulations apply regardless of how we sell the products, whether directly in store or by internet, mail order or telephone.
If you have purchased a new appliance and wish to return your old one for free recycling then it will be accepted at any of our stores; Monday to Saturday 9am to 5:30pm. Proof of delivery of your new product will be required and we can only accept like-for-like items to those that were purchased.
