*If all your products are in stock at your selected branch, your order will be ready to collect within 1 Hour. We will confirm when your order is ready for collection.
That's right, as well as our prompt delivery service we now offer the option to collect your order in store. We endeavour to have your order ready within 1 hour providing the products you have ordered are in stock.
If all your items are in stock, we will usually have it ready for you within 1 hour. We will contact you to let you know your order is ready to collect. Please be aware, if you place your order within an hour of our store closing time then your order may not be ready for collection until the following day.
If any of your items are out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.
Please bring along a copy of your order, either on your phone or printed out.
Yes, just contact the branch and let them know someone is collecting on your behalf. They will need to bring a copy of the order.
If your order is not collected within 30 days, we will cancel the order and refund you.
